Yesterday, Ashanti skipped out on the 54^th Annual Grammys and attended the Falguni & Shane Peacock Fall 2012 fashion show as part of New York’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.  She turned heads in a daring and revealing multi-colored, sheer dress by Falguni & Shane Peacock that barely covered her goodies,  paired with Christian Louboutin Sex Pumps.
